WHEAT RAWA UPMA

take rawa in a 250 ml glass.pour oil-1&1/2 tbsp in a pan and heat it up.tip in mustard seeds-1 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,chanadal-1 tsp and fry until they turn light brown.
now add onion-1 very small which is sliced lengthwise,green chillies-3 finely chopped,carrot-1 peeled and finely chopped,ginger-1" piece finely chopped and curry leaves-1 sprig.fry until the onion is translucent.
pour 2&1/2 glasses of water into the pan[the same glass which is used to measure rawa].now add salt-1tsp.when the water starts boiling add rawa.cover and cook until the rawa absorbs the water and is cooked.
