method
half boil the flowerettes in salted water and drain.heat the oil in a non stick pan and tip in mustard seeds.after they pop tip in the uraddal,chanadal,curry leaves,turmeric pd.when the dals are light brown in colour add the chopped onion along with green chillies and saute for sometime.add ginger-garlic paste when the onion turns light brown.after a min add the flowerettes also.stir fry for sometime and tip in salt ,garlic chilli pd finally.
