keep cauliflower-1 medium in salted water for sometime and wash nicely and grate it.chop ginger-1&1/2 inch piece, garlic-15 cloves and green chillies-3 in a chopper.heat oil-2 tbsp in a non stick pan.add ginger, garlic and green chillies ,jeera-1/2 tsp and saute for 1-2 min.add grated cauliflower and mix well.add salt and cook for a min.add coriander pd-1 tsp,red chilli pd-1 tsp and mix.cook and cover on medium heat for 1 min.add yoghurt-2 tbsp and mix.cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 min.garnish with fried cashews and serve.
