grate one coconut.put oil in a pan-1tbsp and heat it up.next add mustards,urad dal,onion chopped-1 medium sized,green chillies-3,turmeric,curry leaves,1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste one by one.fry both the onion and paste nicely
now tip in the grated coconut.saute until the coconut is fried.coconut should not turn brown.then tip in the salt
and immediately add milk-3 tbsp and let the coconut turn soft and mix nicely and turn off the heat
