in a pan,add oil and heat up. chop one medium sized onion.tip the onion into the oil and fry.after the onion turns light brown,put ginger garlic paste-1tsp and fry.now add chopped ladies finger,turmeric pd.after they are half fried add squeezed soya granules.fry again and put salt,red chilli pd and finally garam masala pd.
var:can increase the quatity of soya granules and add little ladies finger.
