make long slices of ivygourd.cut each one in 4 or 6 slices.mix jeera,salt,turmeric,red chilli pd,salt,besan with ivygourd.add just enough besan to coat the slices. the batter should be salty and spicy before frying.deep fry the ivygourd.take another pan put oil-1/2 tsp,garlic crushed,curry leaves,fried ivygourd and mix nicely and put on an absorbent paper and remove the excess oil.
