maida-2 handfuls,ajwain[carom seeds]-1 tsp,ghee-2 tsp,blanched and pureed palak or spinach-small bunch,mix nicely and make like roti dough and roll.cut the roti in small pieces,with the help of a knife or a cookie cutter.deep fry on slow flame.after they come to room temperature store in a airtight container.
