cut the beans,add salt and boil them with water-less than 1/4th of a cup.let the water dry up after the beans are boiled.do not boil for long time as the beans change colour.take a pan and heat up some oil-3 tsp,mustards,urad dal,curry leaves,turmeric.when they are fried tip in the beans and fry for a min.now tip in grated coconut and fry until the coconut is fried.add garlic chilli pd at the last.
