take a big bunch of amaranth and clean 2-3 times with plenty of water and chop.use the thin stems also along with the leaves.put 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it up.tip in mustards-1/4 tsp,uraddal-1/2 tsp,turmeric-1/4 tsp.fry until the uraddal changes colour.now tip in the chopped leaves along with the stems and cover for 2 min.now open the lid and tip in grated coconut-1 tbsp and mix nicely. tip in salt-1/4 tsp,garlic chilli powder-1/2 tsp after the stems are soft.
