GREEN RICE

cook one big bowl of rice and keep aside.grind:one bunch of coriander,half a bunch of mint leaves,few sprigs of  curry leaves and two green chillies.
heat up a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and fry the cashews.after they are fried add one tea spoon of ginger garlic paste and also the ground  green paste and fry for few seconds until it doesn't change colour.now add the  rice and salt to taste and mix nicely.

boil toordal after soaking in water for 10 min.dal should not be mushy.do not boil dal in the cooker.chop snakegourd and boil seperately.squeeze out the water from snakegourd.
take a pan and add oil,mustards,urad dal,chanadal,curry leaves,boiled dal,boiled snakegourd,salt,turmeric,
keep on frying and finally add garlic chilli pd.

take 1 big tbsp of rasberry flavoured custard pd and mix with 2 tbsp of cold milk.put 500 ml of milk to boil.when the milk heats up, add the mixed custard pd to the boiling milk while stirring continuously.when the colour of the custard pd spreads evenly and the raw smell disappears then stop heating the milk.let the milk cool down.refrigerate it.before serving add finely chopped kiwi-1,apple-1/2,banana-1/2 to the chilled milk and serve.

half boil 2 plantains and grate them.add sufficient salt to the grated plantains and mix.in a pan heat up some oil-4 tsp,mustards-1/4 tsp,jeera-1/4 tsp.when the mustards splutter add green chillies-4 or 5 chopped,small piece ginger chopped and curry leaves.tip in the grated plantain after the green chillies are fried and fry for somemore time.squeeze some limejuice at last.serve with sambhar rice.

for making 8 roti's:wheat flour-1 cup,chickpea flour-1 cup,ginger 1" piece grated,coriander chopped,salt,grated gooseberries-3,green chillies grated-5.mix all these together and if necessary add water to make dough.dust with wheat flour while rolling roti's and fry them on the pan.

take 1 wood apple and break it open like coconut.scoop out the pulp and blend it with sufficient water to turn it into juice and also add jaggery to taste.take 1 tsp of peppercorns and grind them.add to the wood apple juice.refrigerate it.

VEG BIRYANI

soak basmathi rice for 30 min.oil-4tbsp,cardamom-3,cloves-10,cinnamon-2 inches,onion-1 medium sliced,green chillies-2 split,g&g paste-2 tsp,fry them nicely until onion turns brown.then add potato diced-2 medium,tomato-1 chopped,carrot-1 chopped,green peas-1/4 cup,coriander chopped,mint leaves.also add
garam masala-1 tsp.fry the veggies nicely and add soaked basmathi rice-2 &1/2 cups along with 3 3/4 cups of water.add salt and check.the water should be salty.when the water comes to a boil put the vessel in the rice cooker and cover and cook.

PANEER KURKURE PAKODE

mix besan,g&g paste,plain boondi,red chilli pd,coriander,turmeric,soda,salt,water.mix nicely and dip the paneer pieces in this batter and deepfry.
can replace paneer with chopped onions,chopped potatoes or chopped palak

MOONGDAL SWEET ADAI

required:whole green moongdal-1 cup,grated jaggery- grated coconut-.
method
grind whole green moongdal after soaking for 5 hours.add grated jaggery to it and also grated coconut.make thick adai on a iron pan.

POHA UPMA

heat up some oil in a pan,add mustards,urad dal,turmeric,curry leaves and fry.then add potato diced,onions sliced,ginger finely chopped,green chillies slit and chopped fine, fry until onions sweat and add salt.soak the thick variety of poha in water for 2-3 min after washing it once.now squeeze all the water from the poha and put it in the pan.saute until it's mixed well with the onion mixture.add coriander chopped.

PANEER CHOCO-STICKS

take 1 bowl of grated paneer and mix with 2tbsp-sugar pd,2tbsp-cocoa pd,1tbsp-chocolate pd,1-2 drops of vanilla essence.mash it nicely with hands.take icecream sticks and shape this mix around the stick.make it look
like chocolate icecream.cover the stick part with silver foil and roll them in coloured saunf.put them in friz for 1 hour to set 

BEANS FRY

chop the beans.boil them in a pan by sprinkling little water,turmeric and salt.
heat up another pan and pour oil.add mustards,urad dal,curry leaves,cooked beans,saute for sometime and

CAULIFLOWER WITH PEAS

Required:
cauliflower flowerettes-1 cup,green peas-1/2 cup,cashewnut paste-2tbsp,g&g paste-1tbsp,cream-1/2 tbsp,dry coriander pd-1tbsp,cumin pd-1/2 tsp,garam masala,green chilli paste-1tbsp,thick coconut milk-1 cup,onion paste-2tbsp,ghee-2tbsp,salt
Method:
put ghee in a kadai and fry the onion paste to golden brown.then add the cashew,ginger garlic,coriander,cumin,garam masala,green chilli .fry till an aroma.now add the cauliflower flowerettes and the peas along with the coconut.add salt to taste.simmer till done.drizzle a little cream on top

CAULIFLOWER WITH CASHEWS

Required:cauliflower flowerettes-12,whole cashewnuts-12,grated coconut-2tbsp,curry leaves,green chillies-3,sambar pd-2tbsps,turmeric pd a pinch,mustard seeds,oil-1 tbsp,salt.
Method:
heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustards.then add curry leaves,split green chillies,turmeric and sambar pd.fry for sometime.now add the cauliflower and the cashewnuts and salt to taste.pour just 1/2 cup of water.cook till done.sprinkle coconut on top.

PAPAD PANEER

Grind masala papad coarsely in a mixie.Make a batter of cornflour,salt,tandoori masala,garam masala,water.Put 
paneer in this and roll in papad and deep fry.

RICE SOUP

cook rice-1 cup with water-4 cups seperately in a pan.After the rice is done it will be in soupy consisitency.do not throw away the extra water.add beaten curd,salt,red chilli pd,roasted cumin pd,coarsely chopped dry red chilli to it.chill it.

VADI OR VADIYALU TWIST

Fry the urad dal vadi or vadiyalu.crush them lightly with hand.add onions chopped,coriander,salt,ginger,red chilli pd,lemon juice to the vadi and mix.

OATS MASALA PONGAL

boil moongdal-1 cup,soak one cup of oats in one cup of milk with salt.
now cook the soaked oats with another cup of milk.add boiled moongdal to this.
now add tadka:ghee,pepper corns crushed,jeera,ginger,cashews,curry leaves.

CHANADAL MASALA

wash and soak chanadal-1 bowl for 15 min.later take a cooker, heat it up and add 1&1/2 tbsp of oil and tip in mustards-1/2 tsp,jeera-1 tsp and fry.next add curry leaves-1 sprig and onion-1 big chopped,fry until the onion is light brown.add ginger garlic paste-1 tsp, tip in turmeric-1/2 tsp.fry for a minute and now add soaked and drained chanadal,fry for a minute ,add water -3 bowls[same bowl as chanadal],red chilli pd-1 tsp.close the cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles and pressure comes down open and then add salt-according to taste,garam masala-1 tsp.mix nicely.

CHICKEN LIVER FRY

wash the chicken liver pieces-1/2 kg.mix them with salt-1 tsp,turmeric pd-1/2 tsp,g&g paste-3 tsps,red chilli pd-3 tsp.chop onions-2 big and slit green chillies-4.also mix onions and green chillies with the liver.
turn on the heat.put the liver in a non stick pan and cover for sometime until the liver turns soft.
now move the liver to the sides of the pan and add 3 tbsp of oil,cloves-2,cinnamon-1 small piece,cardamom-1,curry leaves one after the other.when they are fried mix all and keep frying.when it turns dry add garam masala-1&1/2 tsp and mix.turn off add coriander.

GONGURA DAL[SORREL LEAVES]

soak 1 cup toordal in 4 cups of water for 20 min.now add onion-1 big chopped,green chillies-4 or 5 chopped,to the dal and cook the dal seperately[not in cooker].when the dal softens little but still retains the shape add red chilli pd,turmeric,salt,gongura leaves-3-4 handfuls.let the leaves change colour.turn off.mash it lightly.
tadka:oil-3 tbsps,mustards,garlic crushed,jeera,curry leaves.

RASGULLA DAHI VADA

Soak the rasgullas in water and squeeze lightly to remove the sweet taste.Arrange them in a plate.Beat curd and keep.Pour curd on the rasgullas.Sprinkle salt,chaat masala,roasted jeera pd,red chilli pd,green chutney,sweet chutney and serve

COCONUT PAYASAM

Take a drinking coconut[green].take out the water and also scoop the eating part from the coconut and chop.Now mix condensed milk,coconut pieces,coconut water,coconut milk,elaichi pd.Mix nicely.In a small plate put some ghee,cashews and mix.Now put the cashews into the payasam.

soak green whole moongdal for 4-5 hours.grind the dal with garam masala,ginger,green chillies,salt,water. add
oats to the dosa batter.keep it for 10 min and make dosas.
make  a paste of onion+red chilli pd+jeera+salt.spread this paste on the dosas.

KASOORI METHI PANEER PAKODA

make a batter of besan,salt,cream,curd,ginger paste,green chillies,kasoori methi,water.dip the paneer in this and deep fry.

CORN BHEL

heat oil.add onion saute for a min,now add capsicum,corn and saute for another min.turn off the heat.now mix onions,corn,capsicum,chopped apples,orange slices[optional],coriander,lemon juice,sugar pd,salt and mix nicely.sprinkle sev on top.

CORN BEETROOT VADA

crush corn,grate beetroot.mix both with some coconut grated,carrot grated,onions,green chillies,ginger,mint leaves,coriander,salt.make vadas and deepfry.

WHEAT PANIYARAM

riceflour-2 tsp,coconut grated-1tbsp,ginger chopped,curry leaves,coriander,wheatflour-1 bowl,curd-3tbsp,salt,water,ghee-1tsp.mix all these nicely.add tadka:heat up 1tsp oil and 1/2 tsp mustards and add to the batter.make like dosa batter and make paniyarams in the pan.

POTATO FRY

required:potatoes-5,oil-1&1/2 tbsp,mustard seeds-1 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,chanadal-1/2 tsp,onion-2 medium peeled and sliced thin,curry leaves-1 sprig,turmeric pd-1/4 th tsp,green chillies-5,ginger-1" piece,salt-1/2 tsp or according to taste,garlic chilli pd-1/2 tsp

method
dice the all potatoes in two halves.boil potatoes in water for 1 whistle, in a pressure cooker.drain them after the pressure comes down.grind green chillies and ginger to make a paste.peel and dice the potatoes after they come to room temperature .
now in a pan heat up the oil and add mustards,urad dal,chanadal.when they change colour tip in curry leaves,turmeric,onions.after the onions sweat add green chilli+ginger paste and fry for a minute.tip in the potatoes,salt.fry for another 10 min on low flame and add the garlic chilli pd.turn off after a minute.

MAGGI WITH EGG

put water to boil.add 1tsp oil to it.add one pack of maggi noodles in boiling water.when they turn little soft drain.
put 1tbsp oil in a frying pan.slice up 1 small onion and add only half of it to the pan and also 1 green chilli.keep
frying until the onions sweat.add 1 egg to the pan.fry until the egg is scrambled.add 1/4 tsp of salt and also the
taste maker in maggi and the drained noodles.toss it and remove.
   

BROCCOLI RICE

oil,ginger chopped finely,garlic chopped finely,capsicum chopped,chilli sauce,vinegar,soya sauce,pepper pd,salt,steamed broccoli,cooked basmati rice,sprinkle parsley.
