Required:cauliflower flowerettes-12,whole cashewnuts-12,grated coconut-2tbsp,curry leaves,green chillies-3,sambar pd-2tbsps,turmeric pd a pinch,mustard seeds,oil-1 tbsp,salt.
Method:
heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustards.then add curry leaves,split green chillies,turmeric and sambar pd.fry for sometime.now add the cauliflower and the cashewnuts and salt to taste.pour just 1/2 cup of water.cook till done.sprinkle coconut on top.
