IVYGOURD FRY
chop ivygourd like thin discs.add oil in a pan,mustards,urad dal,chanadal,turmeric,curry leaves,ivy gourd,saute for sometime.after the ivygourd turns soft and changes colour add salt and garlic chilli pd.mix nicely and turn off.
