BEANS CARROT MOONGDAL FRY

chop beans and carrot.wash and soak moongdal for 5 min.put all of them in a cooker with water-1/4 cup and also add salt,turmeric-1/4 tsp and steam them for 5 min without whistle.take a pan and add 3 tsp oil and heat it up.tip in mustards-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1/2 tsp,curry leaves-1 sprig,fry them.now add cooked beans,carrot,moongdal and stirfry for sometime.check the salt and at last add garlic chilli pd.
