take soyagranules-100 g and put them in hot water for 7-8 min.strain ,wash them with cold water and squeeze them and keep.heat oil-1&1/2 tbsp in a pan.tip in cinnamon-1/2" piece,cardamom-1,cloves-2,fry them.now tip in chopped onion-1 big,green chillies-2 slit,ginger& garlic paste-1 tsp.fry until the onions turn light brown.now tip in chopped tomato-1 and curry leaves-1 sprig and fry.when the tomato softens a little add
soyagranules,salt-according to taste and red chilli pd.fry for sometime and when the granules turn light brown add milk-1tbsp[optional],garam masala-1 tsp and fry for somemore time.
