take the thick type poha-1 bowl.put 1 tsp oil and 1tsp ghee in the pan and let it heat up.add mustards, after they crackle tip in poha,salt and curryleaves and keep frying until they are toasted and change colour.lastly add red chilli pd.the ghee and oil will help in coating the poha with salt and chilli pd
