boil eggs-6 on low flame for 30 min.let them cool and peel.also take a knife and make 2-3 slits on each egg.keep them aside.chop onions-6 big.heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil,tip in mustards-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1/2 tsp and after they change colour add chopped onions,curry leaves-1 sprig,turmeric-1/4 tsp,green chilli-1 slit and halved.fry the onions until they turn soft and then add g&g paste-1/4 tsp
