PANEER STUFFED POTATO

cut slightly thicker round slices of potatoes.boil them in water,salt and turmeric for 2-3 min.drain later.
in a pan,oil,onions,salt,garlic chopped,green peas,red chilli pd,paneer grated.fry lightly and keep aside.
now apply green chutney on top of potato slice and put the paneer mix on it and close it with another potato slice.prepare a solution of cornflour and water.
hold the sandwiched potato slices and dip them in cornflour water and deep fry
