chop carrot-1/2 kg in small squares after washing and peeling them.add water-less than 1/4 cup in a pan and tip in carrot.cook the carrot for 3-4 min until water dries up.
heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp of oil and add mustards-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,fry.tip in chopped onion-1 medium,green chilli-1 slit.fry until the onion turns translucent and then add and ginger&garlic paste-1/2 tsp,turmeric-1/4 tsp,salt-according to taste,curry leaves-1 sprig.fry until the raw smell of paste disappears.tip in carrot pieces and fry for 7-8 min.lastly add garlic chilli pd.
