CAPSICUM CHUTNEY

fry chopped capsicums-2 in 2 tsp oil until they start turning light brown in colour.remove from pan and keep it aside.break green chillies-6 in two and fry in the same pan with 1-tsp oil.take a mixie jar and put garlic pods peeled-3,tamarind-2 marble sized balls,salt according to taste,jeera-1 tsp,turmeric-1/4 tsp,fried green chillies and grind.later add the fried capsicums and grind again.
in a pan add 1-tsp oil and heat it up.tip in  mustards-1/2 tsp,dry red chilli-1 broken,urad dal-1/2 tsp,chanadal-1/2 tsp,curry leaves-1 sprig and fry.add to the chutney.
