chop capsicums-2 in small squares.heat a pan with oil-4tsp.tip in mustards-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,curry leaves-1 sprig,and fry,then add capsicum chopped.stir for 10 seconds and sprinkle chickpea flour 4-5 tsp and fry until the chickpea flour turns light brown.then add salt-1/4 tsp and garlic chilli pd-1 tsp and fry for 1 min.
