take 1 big bunch of thotakura.wash for 3 times in plenty of water and chop it nicely along with the stems.add 4 tsp oil in a pan and heat it up.tip in mustard seeds-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,dry red chillies-2 broken into small pieces,turmeric pd-1/4 tsp and fry till the mustards crackle and the dal turns light brown in colour.take onion-1 small and after finely chopping it add to the pan.fry until the onion turns a light brown.now tip in the chopped leaves.mix nicely and cover for 2-3 min.later when the leaves turn soft, tip in salt and garlic chilli pd according to taste.
