take sona masoori rice or basmathi rice-1&1/2 cups and cook.let it come to the room temperature.take thotakura-1 big bunch and wash it nicely.grind the leaves along with stems after trimming the ends.also add
green chillies-5 when making the puree.add little water to make the puree.
in a pan add oil-2 tbsp and tip in cloves-7,cardamom-3,cinnamon-1 "piece,broken dry red chillies-2 and fry.also add ginger and garlic paste-2 tsp and fry.now add the ground paste and saute until the the raw smell from the leaves disappear.add the cooked rice along with salt and mix nicely.serve with raitha.
