take 350 ml of water in a vessel and mix the ragi powder-1 tbsp without any lumps.heat up the vessel on low flame and keep stirring for 2-3 min.add the jaggery syrup-1/2 tbsp and mix.now add milk-1/2 cup which is already boiled.stir and serve hot.
jaggery syrup:take jaggery and melt it in water and strain.now boil this water until a thick golden brown syrup is formed.cool it.this can be stored in the refrigerator.
