take sonamasoori rice-2 cups.wash and add 4&1/2 cups of water and cook.sprinkle grated green mango-1,turmeric-1/2 tsp,salt-2tsp and carrot grated-1 small on the hot rice.let it cool.
for tempering:take a pan and add oil-2 tbsp,mustards-2 tsp,uraddal-2 tsp,chanadal-2 tsp,dry red chillies-2,peanuts-1&1/2 tbsp ,curry leaves-3 sprigs,green chillies-10-12,ginger- finely chopped.pour this tempering over the rice and mix with light hands.serve at room temperature.
