BREAD PAKODA

take whole grain bread or brown bread and cut the slices into squares.do not trim the edges.avoid milk bread because it's little sweet.take a bowl of chickpea flour and add salt-according to taste,red chilli pd-1 tsp,riceflour-2 tsp,soda-2 pinches,jeera-1/2 tsp and mix with water until it forms thick batter.the batter should be spicy and it should have enough salt .only then the spice will be right after the pakoda is fried.now coat the bread pieces with batter and deep fry.
