CAULIFLOWER KURMA

in a pan take little oil and fry cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,star anise and saunf.turn off.when the pan is still hot 
add ginger,garlic,coconut,onions,dry red chillies to the same pan and sautegrind all the contents of the pan into a paste with water.
in the same pan add oil and fry the grounded paste again.
in another pan oil,green chillies,cauliflower florets which have been washed nicely,tomatoes little,fry the nicely until light brown,turmeric,salt,garam masala,dhania pd and finally add the fried paste.turn off ,then add curd.
