PATRANI MACHI

make pesto.grind parmesan cheese,garlic,green chillies,basil leaves,coriander,olive oil,roasted pinenuts and walnuts.
put the pomfret pieces in banana leaf and season with salt,pepper,olive oil.close them like individual packets
for each piece and tie them with a thread.
put water in a bowl and add malt vinegar and green chilli in boiling water.put the packets in a drain dish and put
the dish on top of boiling water and cover with a plate and cook the fish for 15-20 min
