MOONGDAL OATS DOSA

soak green whole moongdal for 4-5 hours.grind the dal with garam masala,ginger,green chillies,salt,water. add
oats to the dosa batter.keep it for 10 min and make dosas.
make  a paste of onion+red chilli pd+jeera+salt.spread this paste on the dosas.
