BLACK CHANA WITH TADKA

take 4 handfuls of blackchana,wash 2-3 times and soak them overnight with double the quantity of water.add 1 tsp of salt and cook them in a cooker for 3 whistles with the same water until they are soft.take a pan and heat it up with 2 tsp oil and tip in broken dry red chillies 8-9,mustards-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,curry leaves-2 sprig and after they change colour tip in the boiled black chana and fry for 2 min.check the salt and adjust.
