CHICKEN FRY

take curry cut chicken-1&1/2 kg.wash nicely and put it in a vessel,tip in salt-1 tsp,red chilli pd-5 tsp,turmeric powder-1/2 tsp,green chillies slit-6,ginger garlic paste-4tsp,onions finely chopped-4 big.leave this marinated in the friz for 2 hours for better results.otherwise just mix everything nicely and cook covered for about 25 min or until you can bite into the chicken on a medium flame.then open the lid and cook on high flame until the water dries up.

take a big pan for frying,so that the chicken will not be crowded.in the pan add oil-4 tbsp,cloves-3,cardamom-1,cinnamon-1 inch piece,cashews-10-15,curry leaves-4 sprigs one after the other and fry until the cashews are light brown in colour.now add the cooked chicken,
fry for sometime and then tip in garam masala-1&1/2 tsp and mix nicely.
