CRISPY POTATO FRY

cut the potatoes-1/2 kg in small squares.heat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil and tip in mustard seeds-1/2 tsp,uraddal-1tsp and let them change colour.add curry leaves-1 sprig,turmeric-1/4 tsp,diced potatoes to the pan and fry on high flame for 1 min.do not stir continuously.also add salt-1/4 tsp and let the potato pieces in the bottom turn light brown and then move them to the top and let the other pieces also turn light brown.now tip in jeera pd-1/2 tsp and dhania pd-1 tsp and mix nicely and fry for somemore time.lastly add garlic chilli pd.
