OATS LADDU

required:oats-1 cup,ghee-1 tbsp,cashews-10,almonds-10,dates-6,honey-1 tbsp,sugar-1 tbsp,elaichi pd,bombay rawa or sooji-1 tbsp.
lightly fry the almonds and cashews in a pan with ghee.when they are light brown ,remove them and put them in a mixie jar and make a fine powder with sugar.
roast the quick cooking oats in the same pan until they are crisp.
next fry the sooji or bombay rawa in the same pan until it changes to yellow colour.
chop the dates after deseeding them.

finally mix oats,powdered dry fruits,dates,sooji with honey.make laddus.
they stay fresh for 4 days.
