QUICK IVY GOURD FRY

take ivy gourd-1/2 kg and wash them nicely.chop of the pointed ends and crush them in a mortar and pestle.take oil-1 tbsp in a pan and heat up.tip in mustard seeds-1 tsp,uraddal-1 tsp,curry leaves-1 sprig,turmeric-1/4 tsp and fry until the mustard seeds crackle and the dal turns light brown.now add ivygourd crushed,salt-1/2 tsp.stir-fry for 20-25 min. finally add garlic chilli pd-1 tsp and mix nicely.
