method:chop the ridgegourd like circles.add oil in a pan and heat it up. put the chopped ridgegourd in oil and cover and cook until it is almost soft.remove and put on a plate.in the same pan fry the green chillies.
now grind garlic,cumin,salt,turmeric pd,green chillies,tamarind together.later add ridegourd to this mixture and grind.
