ARBI FRY

boil arbi or chamadumpalu for 1 whistle in a cooker on high flame or boil seperately.peel them.if they are small 
in size use them as a whole or cut them into two pieces.heat up a pan with 1 tbsp oil and tip in mustards,urad dal,curry leaves,salt,arbi and keep on frying until they change colour.then add dhania pd-1tsp,roasted jeera pd-1tsp and fry for more time.lastly add garlic chilli pd,mix nicely and turn off the heat.
