EGG LIVER FRY

take 250g of goat liver.wash and cut in small pieces.chop onions-2 small,green chillies-2 slit.mix liver,red chilli pd-2 tsp,salt,ginger garlic paste 2-3 tsp,turmeric-1/4 tsp,onions and green chillies.put this mix in a pan  with a glass of water and cover and cook for sometime until the liver is soft and cooked

now in another pan add oil-2 tbsp,and put curry leaves and boiled liver and fry for sometime.when the liver is fried, tip in garam masala-1&1/2 tsp.move the liver to oneside and add eggs-2.season them with salt and pepper pd and fry.

now mix both eggs and liver.keep the eggs soft.do not overcook them.
